393bet Terms & Conditions — Full Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 393bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://393bet.site ("the Platform").

By accessing any part of the 393bet platform — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any game — you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any existing account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 393bet, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slots, Teen Patti 20-20, and all promotional activities. To register and maintain an account with 393bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 393bet enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and does not permit participation by any person under this age under any circumstances. Age verification using a valid Pakistani CNIC is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual persons are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of 393bet or any of its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, or technology partners.
• You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by 393bet or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority from which 393bet has received notification.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 393bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus credits.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. 393bet will never ask you for your full password through any channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

Account details, including your registered name and CNIC, cannot be transferred to another individual. Account ownership is non-transferable under any circumstances.

All financial transactions on the 393bet platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 393bet does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.

Deposits: 393bet accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (Tether). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. In most cases, e-wallet deposits (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) reflect within seconds. • Abusing the bonus and promotion system through collusion, abuse of promotional mechanics, or systematic exploitation of loopholes.

All content on the 393bet platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 393bet or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform transfers any intellectual property rights to the user.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 393bet platform without prior written consent from 393bet. Unauthorised use of 393bet intellectual property will be pursued through applicable legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 393bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, network errors, or force majeure events.
• Losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform, including where such losses result from misunderstanding of rules or reliance on information published on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even where 393bet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this clause limits 393bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

393bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification or KYC procedures within the required timeframe.
• A request from law enforcement, regulatory, or gaming authority.
• Detection of underage access or use by a person in a jurisdiction where the platform is prohibited.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant. Dormant account policy, including any applicable dormancy fees, will be communicated to the registered email or mobile number on file.

Where an account is closed by 393bet for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method on file, subject to standard KYC confirmation.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, bonus, or any other aspect of your relationship with 393bet, you must first raise the matter with the 393bet support team. Disputes must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered.

393bet will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Where a dispute involves a live casino game outcome, the relevant studio's recorded footage constitutes conclusive evidence.

Your continued use of the 393bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 393bet holds its primary gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and regulatory bodies of that jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or the 393bet platform.
